GUIDELINES

Policies and Guidelines for BART Services

Online reservations must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel and be paid by a MasterCard or Visa.

Reservations made in less than 72 hours are subject to availability and should be made by phone at 800.284.2278.

Flights scheduled to arrive 11:00 p.m. or later will incur an additional charge.  Please call for details.

When traveling to St. Louis on BART, you will receive a call from our office no later than the afternoon before your departure to confirm your pick-up time and location.

  • The pick-up time could be adjusted up to 90 minutes earlier.
  • The contact phone number you provide with your reservation will be used to confirm your pick-up time.
  • If you miss our call, please call 800.284.2278 to confirm your pick-up time and location.

Meeting your driver - Terminal One (Main) Lambert St. Louis Airport:

  • After retrieving your luggage, proceed to the carousel 1 area located near the airport chapel.
  • Your BART driver will display a sign with the BART logo on it.
  • If you are unable to locate your driver within 15 minutes, please call us at 800.284.2278 and an operator will assist you.
  • There may be a 90 minute wait for other passengers to arrive.

Meeting your driver - Terminal Two (East) Lambert St. Louis Airport:

  • After retrieving your luggage, proceed to Exit 14 (ET14) inside the terminal on the baggage level.
  • Your BART driver will display a sign with the BART logo on it.  
  • If you are unable to locate your driver within 15 minutes, please call us at 800.284.2278 and an operator will assist you.
  • There may be a 90 minute wait for other passengers to arrive.

Payments:

  • MasterCard or Visa credit cards, travelers checks, local checks(MO-IL), and cash are accepted for payment.  Credit card payments are accessed a non-refundable $5.00 processing fee.
  • Credit card payments should be made prior to pick-up time via online (minimum of 72 hours) or by calling 800.284.2278 if less than 72 hours.
  • When paying by cash, please have the exact amount available for your driver.
  • Driver gratuity is not included in rates.

Small pets must remain in airline approved carriers.  Assistance and guide animals are accepted with prior approval.  Please call for details and to obtain additional pet fare rate information.

BART is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage and personal items, or late arrivals or departures due to unavoidable circumstances including, but not limited to, road conditions, weather, or mechanical breakdowns.
